Official Rules – Bay Rise Marketing $200 Visa Gift Card Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Bay Rise Marketing LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 617 Delaware Ave.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

  • Giveaway is void outside the U.S. and wherever prohibited by law.

 

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and will end when Bay Rise Marketing reaches 500 Facebook followers or December 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM, whichever comes first.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Follow Bay Rise Marketing on Facebook.

  2. Share one of the official Giveaway posts.

  3. Send Bay Rise Marketing a direct message (DM) with the word “ENTER.”

Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries under different accounts, identities, or methods may result in disqualification.

 

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a $200 Visa Gift Card.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200.

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash or other items. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.

 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries once the Giveaway reaches 500 Facebook followers

  • Winner will be notified via direct message within 5 business days of drawing.

  • Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

 

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

8. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other causes affect the integrity of the Giveaway.

  • Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent are void.

  • Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all respects.

 

9. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Visa, and their affiliates, from any claims or damages arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

 

10. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

11. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s [Privacy Policy link].

 

12. Sponsor’s Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in disruptive or unsportsmanlike behavior.

 

13. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law rules.
